MAN COMES OUT OF BUSH, ATTACKS DRIVER IN PORT CARLING

PORT CARLING — Provincial police are looking for a suspect they say attacked a man in his car Monday,

They say that on Sept. 2, just before noon, OPP officers responded to an alleged assault that occurred near Bruce Wilson Drive in Port Carling.

The 50-year-old victim reported that an unknown man came out of a bush area, approached him at his vehicle and physically assaulted him, before running off toward Medora Street.

The assault victim suffered minor injury, says Const. Sam Bigley.

She said as of yet, there is no motive for the attack.

The police investigation is ongoing.

The suspect is described as between 5-foot-10 and 6 feet tall. He was wearing a green balaclava, blue jeans, a t-shirt & light colored boots.
