RESTAURANT BREAK-IN NETS THIEVES CASH ON BOXING DAY

HUNTSVILLE A restaurant break-in reported yesterday has police here looking for a pair of suspects who got away with a cache of cash.

The OPP are investigating the break and enter that occurred overnight on December 26, 2023.

They say that on December 27, at 8 a.m., they were contacted by a member of the public reporting a broken window to a local restaurant on King William St in Huntsville.

Officers began an investigation and discovered the business had been broken into and a quantity of cash was stolen.

With the help of store surveillance cameras they are looking for the two who wore masks and gloves.
