21-YEAR-OLD MOTORCYCLIST LANDS IN HOSPITAL AFTER ACCICENT NEAR SKELETON LAKE ROAD THIS AFTERNOON

MUSKOKA LAKES – A 21-year-old Severn Township man is in hospital after his motorcycle left the road this afternoon near Skeleton Lake Road.

Police say that on Tuesday Aug. 9, at 3:45 p.m. officers responded to a single vehicle motorcycle collision on Hwy. 141 in Muskoka Lakes Township.

A motorcycle struck a guard rail and the driver was taken to a local by ambulance with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

The OPP continue to investigate the collision’s cause.
