POLICE CONTINUE SEARCH FOR MISSING WASHAGO WOMAN IN WAHTA

WAHTA — Search efforts resumed here today for a missing Washago woman.

Provincial police are asking for the public’s help locating the missing person in the area of Ragged Rapids Road in Wahta First Nations.

Diana Kasper, 49, was last seen Friday, Nov. 12.

Kasper is described as 5-foot-6, with shoulder-length straight blond hair. She weighs about 160 pound and has a medium build with fair skin, scars on left cheek and jawline. She also has a Chinese symbol tattoo on back of her neck and a music notes tattoo above one ankle.

OPP Aviation unit began a search of the area yesterday (Monday Nov. 15) with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and K9.

They continued their search Tuesday.

They ask that anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the OPP at Bracebridge, at 1-888-310-1122.
