MISSING BRACEBRIDGE MAN MAY BE IN TORONTO

BRACEBRIDGE — The family of a missing Bracebridge man believe he may be in the Toronto area.

Provincial police are trying to help the family locate him and are asking the public’s assistance.

They say 31-year-old Alex Courtemanche was last seen at his temporary residence in Bracebridge Aug. 9, 2019.

His family say he had plans to go to Toronto.

They believe that he did in fact go that far and have reason to believe that he has been in the area of Adelaide Street West.

The Courtemanches  are concerned about his safety and well-being.

He is described as being 6-foot-3, with a slender build and brown eyes.

When he went missing he had his head shaved with a short Mohawk and visible tattoos.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are asked to call their local police or Bracebridge OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
