FOOD DRIVES TONIGHT – LEAVE BAGS AT YOUR DOORSTEP FOR 6 P.M.

GRAVENHURST-BRACEBRIDGE — Don’t forget the hungry.

Tonight’s the night to leave a bag or two of groceries on your doorstep for volunteers in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge to pick up for local food banks.

Gravenhurst Rotarians and the Muskoka Oldtimers hockey team are both leading drives in the two towns Tuesday, Oct. 8, after 6 p.m.

Watch their marked vehicles driving around town, with student runners going door-to-door to do the pickups.

Anything you have will help some more in need than you.

If you miss the volunteers, the Mana Food Bank in Bracebride and the Gravenhurst Salvation Army citadel on Muskoka Road north will both be open for drop-offs.

Thank you Muskoka.

It’s not too late to shop and drop your food bag at your curbside Tuesday, Oct. 8, for 6 p.m.
