SCOUTING REGISTRATION SEPT. 5 IN GRAVENHURST

GRAVENHURST — Scouts Canada is hosting an open house and registration night for community members to learn more about the fun and adventure Scouting has to offer.

Join them for a meet and greet with the Scouters and volunteers of 1st Gravenhurst Scouting.

  • WHO: Members of the 1st Gravenhurst Scouting group.
  • WHEN: Thursday September 5th, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
  • WHERE:  Gravenhurst Scout Hall, 425 John Street S., Gravenhurst

Parents and students are welcome to come and learn more about the exciting volunteer opportunities available as part of the Scouting movement.

This is a Parent Sponsored Group – which means all parents are welcome to any meetings and participate in all functions.

Youth aged 5-26 can register on the spot as part at the open house.

Everyone is welcome to drop in to find out more.

Scouters will be hosting games, crafts, and activities for youth attendees.

Meeting Nights For Each:

  • Monday – 6:30 to 9 p.m. – Venturers
  • Tuesday – 6:30 to 8 p.m. – Cubs
  • Thursday – 6 to 7 p.m. – Beavers
  • Thursday – 7 to 9 p.m. – Scouts
