GRAVENHURST FIREWORKS ‘ON’ AUG. 3 AT MUSKOKA WHARF

MUSKOKA WHARF — The on-again, off-again fireworks are a go for this Saturday, Aug. 3.

After being cancelled due to the total fire ban, now that some rain has come and gone, the Town of Gravenhurst has opted to proceed with the annual Civic Holiday Weekend fireworks.

They take place at dusk, about 9 p.m.

Should the Muskoka Forest Fire Danger Rating return to extreme again, the tireworks would be tentatively cancelled and re-scheduled for Labour Day weekend.

Get to the Muskoka Wharf early, before 9 p.m., Saturday if you want the best seat for the fireworks. (Town photo)
