PREMIER FORD PAYS ANOTHER VISIT TO BRACEBRIDGE

BRACEBRIDGE — Premier Doug Ford is spending a lot of time Muskoka this spring.

More than during the election and or even at his Port Sydney cottage.

That’s nice and maybe even helpful.

It may help with his climate change education.

Friday — after meeting with Alberta Premier Jason Kenney in Toronto in the morning and after a court decision in Saskatchewan upheld Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s right to impose a carbon tax — en route to the Ontario Chambers of Commerce AGM & Convention in Minett, he took another tour of the The Flood of 2019 devastation and held a news conference at MPP Norm Miller’s Bracebridge office.

On Twitter today, May 3, he tweeted:

“Thank you @normmillerpc and @GraydonTheMayor for your quick action to help out Bracebridge during this flood. A huge thank you to all the Canadian Armed Forces helping out.”

Later at the Marriott in Minett he met with a number of local mayors.

And, he tweeted from Minett: “It was great to talk to our hard-working job creators at the Chamber of Commerce. These are the people working day in and day out to create jobs helping grow Ontario. I made sure they know that we have their back.”
