At Community Living Toronto, we are always excited to be a part of great research projects that support our strategic priority to be responsive to a culture of innovation and big ideas to benefit the individuals we support. It’s through these opportunities that we are able to develop meaningful partnerships that inspire critical and creative thinking, identify gaps and provide solutions based on facts and evidence, helping us develop and improve the supports and services that we offer.

We are currently engaged in a national research project called ‘My Home, My Community’ with Canadian Association for Community Living.
The Canadian Association for Community Living (CACL) launched the My Home My Community initiative to address the need for housing options for individuals with developmental disabilities. Part of this initiative involves identifying and studying existing assets in the community that might be used to create new suitable affordable housing options for this group.

We are looking to obtain your feedback, through a brief survey which you may complete online via Survey Monkey:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ACL_Member_Survey

or you may print the attachment and fill out a hard copy and return it directly to the research team, or to Heidi Reynders, at the contact information below.
