Independent candidate Jeff Mole in race

PARRY SOUND-MUSKOKA — A local activist has joined the provincial election race as an independent candidate.

Jeff Mole is running as an independent and is the fifth person in the PS-Muskoka race.

Jeff Mole, best known around the Save the Bala Falls fight, entered the race just a few weeks ago.

Already, his signs — ‘VoteMole.ca — are appearing around Muskoka.

The disenchanted Liberal (and former Green Party candidate) says he wants to put liberalism back into politics.

The Bala resident is a limo driver in Muskoka, and economic business adviser – and Muskoka Lakes volunteer firefighter.

See his website at www.votemole.ca

So far he has not participated in the first to debates this week in Gravenhurst Tuesday, or Parry Sound Wednesday.

The third debate this week is tonight (Thursday,  May 17) at the Algonquin Centre in Huntsville.

Those Liberal-looking ‘Smile Muskoka’ election signs belong to independent candidate Jeff Mole.
