GRAVENHURST — Who says there arn’t big fish in Muskoka’s big and small lakes?
Not Jason Xu who is used to pulling bass out of the Gravenhurst bay and beyond.
He says the fish are jumpin’ — if you know where to drop your line.
He’s fished the the local waters for long time on the great lakes they call the Muskoka Lakes.
So when he bragged he could bring his work buddy up north and let him bag some fish he wasn’t kidding, said Shehab Eid.
Early Sunday evening the pair returned to shore with a beauty Eed caught.
“It’s about a six-pound pike,” he beamed for the camera.
“We got it out by the Light at the Narrows.”
This one wasn’t a catch and release.
“I think I’ll keep it and mount it,” he said.
