PROHIBITED MUSKOKA LAKES DRIVER CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED OPERATION LAST FRIDAY NIGHT

GRAVENHURST — A traffic complaint led to charge of impaired driving here against a Muskoka Lakes Township man last Friday.

On September 18, at 11:40 p.m., officers conducting proactive patrols in Gravenhurst located a vehicle that had been the subject of an earlier traffic complaint.

Police stopped the vehicle arresting and charging 29-year-old Mitchell Casserly, of Torrance, with Impaired Operation, Over 80.

And Operation while Prohibited.

Casserly is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge October 27, 2026.

A traffic complaint helped lead police to arrest and charge a Torrance man here in Gravenhurst last Friday night, Sept. 18.
