IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGE AFTER COLLISION ON NORTH MULDREW LAKE ROAD IN GRAVENHURST LAST NIGHT

GRAVENHURST — A collision here last night on North Muldrew Lake Road has led to another impaired driving charge.

Police say that on Wednesday, July 30, at 10:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision near Peninsula Road in Gravenhurst.

The caller expressed concerns about the condition of the driver as well.

When police arrived and investigated they arrested and charged 47-year-old Paul Gibbons Gomez, of North York, with Impaired Operation and Over 80.

Gibbons Gomez is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge September 8, 2026.

A caller told police they suspected the driver in the accident was impaired.
