PAIR FACE WEAPONS CHARGES AFTER SECOND DRUG ARREST ON SAME DAY
HUNTSVILLE — Two people face charges after being arrested a second time the same day.
Police say that on Thursday February 27 officers stopped a vehicle on Forbes Hill Drive in Huntsville to check for a suspected impaired driver.
The investigation revealed a prohibited weapon and the occupants on conditions not be around each other after a drug-related occurrence earlier in the day.
Both occupants were arrested and charged accordingly.
Kyle Chapman, 36 , of Armour Township is charged with:
- Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
- Failure to comply with undertaking
- Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
Chapman was held for a bail hearing.
And Kristen Cronkright, 32, of Huntsville, was charged with:
- Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
- Failure to comply with undertaking
Cronkright was released again on conditions.
She is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge ON, on March 25, 2025 at 9 a.m.
