PROPANE DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVER DIES IN HIGHWAY 400 ROLL OVER FRIDAY MORNING

GEORGIAN BAY A Woodstock man is dead after a single-vehicle collision Friday morning in Georgian Bay Township, involving his delivery truck.

On Nov. 22, at 11:07 a.m., OPP, along with members of the Southern Georgian Bay OPP, Georgian Bay Fire, Muskoka and Springwater Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to an empty propane delivery truck rollover on Highway 400 Southbound near Go Home Lake Road.

The driver and sole occupant, a 65-year-old of Woodstock, was pronounced deceased.

Highway 400 was closed while the OPP Central Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team processed the scene. The road was reopened at approximately 10 p.m.

Firefighters and emergency services were called out to Hwy. 400 around Go Home Lake Road late Friday morning for an empty propane truck rollover in which the Woodstock driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
