CHAREGES LAID IN SEPTEMBER ACCIDENT ON HWY. 60 IN HUNTSVILLE

HUNTSVILLE An accident early last September here has led to charges against a Huntsville man.

An OPP investigation of the collision on Highway 60, which began September 6, follows the “serious” 6 p.m. accident

Emergency services responded and the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team was dispatched in the area of Fairyview Drive.

Two sport utility vehicles were involved.

As a result of the collision, Joseph O’Halloran, 40, was charged with one count of careless driving causing bodily harm contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and is to appear at the Provincial Offences Court at a later date.

On Sept. 6, 2023, two SUVs collided on Hwy. 60 in Huntsville. As a result, police charged Joseph O’Halloran, of Huntsville.
