3 GRAVENHURST MEN CHARGED WITH DRUG POSSESSION SATURDAY NIGHT

GRAVENHURST — Three Gravenhurst men face cocaine charges — including a man wanted on an outstanding warrant, another who failed to comply with a probation order and a third man who was also charged along with the others with cocaine possession.

Police say that last night, Saturday June 11 just after 11 p.m., officers patrolling First Street stopped the trio.

An investigation revealed one of the parties had an outstanding warrant.

As a result John-Paul O’Hara, 36, was charged with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule I (other) CDSA 4(1) and Possession of a Schedule III Substance CDSA 4(1).

Kyle Buker, 46, was charged with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule I (opioid) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule III Substance CDSA 4(1) and Failure to Comply with Probation Order CC 733.1(1).

And David Keeting, 44, faces charges of Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule I (other) CDSA 4(1) and Possession of a Schedule III Substance CDSA 4(1).

Each are t appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, July 26, to answer to their charges.
