POLICE SEEK DRIVER AFTER PATIO STRUCK BY HIT-RUN DRIVER IN BRACEBRIDGE

BRACEBRIDGE — Police are looking for a possible black GMC Sierra with front end damage after a sidewalk patio was struck Sunday night.

Officers responded Oct. 15 to the El Pueblito restaurant on Manitoba Street after a vehicle was seen travelling northbound on the main street before it veered off the roadway and hit the wooden patio.

Police say it left extensive damage.

They are seeking assistance in identifying the driver of the vehicle, which may be similar to a Black GMC Sierra.

The northbound driver was seen veering off the road and smashing into the patio just north of Memorial Park Sunday night, say police.
