HUMAN REMAINS FOUND OFF HWY. 60 NEAR DWIGHT

HUNTSVILLE Police are investigating human remains in the northeast end of town near Hwy. 60.

The OPP say that on Monday, April 19, at 11 a.m., a member of the public called 911 to report the discovery in the woods near Millar Hill Road near Dwight.

A police release didn’t say if it was a body they found.

The Muskoka Crime Unit, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), assisted by the OPP Forensic Identification Services Unit (FISU), is conducting an investigation.
