3 PEOPLE CHARGED FRIDAY IN HUNTSVILLE DRUG INVESTIGATION

HUNTSVILLE Police charged three people Friday in an afternoon traffic stop.

The OPP’s Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) was doing an investigation into drug trafficking.

At 4:15 p.m. they say officers stopped a vehicle on Centre Street, with the assistance of the Huntsville OPP, arresting the three and finding a quantity of drugs: 42 grams of cocaine, 2.6 grams of crack cocaine, 1.85 grams of blue fentanyl, six hydromorphone, and $6,670 in cash.

Charged were:

Dwayne Gagnon, 41, of Huntsville:

  • Three (3) counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking S. 5(2) CDSA
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Hydromorphone S. 4(1) CDSA
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime S. 355(a) CCC
  • Fail to Comply with Probation S. 733.1(1) CCC

Kearsten Lumley, 27, of Huntsville:

  • Three (3) counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking S. 5(2) CDSA
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime S. 355(a) CCC

Dallas Snow, 28, of Perry Township:

  • Three (3) counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking S. 5(2) CDSA
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime S. 355(a) CCC
  • Fail to Comply with Undertaking S. 145(4)(a) CCC

All three were released to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Huntsville, March 3, 2021.
