MASKED MAN SOUGHT IN GAS & GO THEFT AT SKYWAYS

GRAVENHURST — With the price of gas back on the rise, police are continuing to investigate a gas-and-go theft on Hwy. 11 north at the Skyways Restaurant by the airport.

A driver pumped almost $250 worth of fuel into his pickup truck June 22 at 2:30 p.m. Police say the licence plate attached to the vehicle was stolen in Orillia.

Police release a picture of the wanted man from store security cameras.

The male suspect is show with a shaved head, wearing grey shorts with black dots, a grey t-shirt with a red design and grey shoes and black socks.

He was wearing sunglasses and a medical mask and black gloves.

The vehicle is a black Ford F150 with garbage, recycle bins and gas cans in the box.
