PIZZA HUT MOVING INTO GRAVENHURST, LOOKING FOR DRIVERS

Mark Clairmont | MuskokaTODAY.com

GRAVENHURST — Business is picking up in town here — as in pick up and delivery.

No Uber eats or Skip the Dishes.

But talk of a new fast food outlet appears to be true.

Pizza Hut is said to be moving onto the main street in Gravenhurst.

The takeout and delivery giant is putting in ovens next to the Canadian Tire gas bar at Muskoka Road and James Street.

In premises recently vacated by The Nest, the District of Muskoka’s social service centre, which is now on Brock Street behind the IDA.

Pizza Hut has a sign out looking for drivers.

And early reports are that it won’t be a dine-in restaurant, only takeout and delivery.

Fast food – if you’re a driver and you like pizza. No date yet for the opening of a new Pizza Hut in Gravenhurst.
