GUTSTY WALK FOR CROHN’S & COLITIS SUNDAY IN GRAVENHURST

GRAVENHURST — A Sunday morning walk is not always as it seems.

This week a group of walkers was out here on Gravenhurst’s Muskoka Road marching to bring about awareness of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.

The fundraiser included 16 or so walkers, including Gravenhurst Fire Chief Larry Brassard and firefighter Jeremy Brackley among those on the main street.

Locally, according to the Crohn’s national website, Anne Riley raised $3,275 of the $3,740 Muskoka total.
