Stolen construction equipment located – but no arrests yet

DORSET Provincial police say they have recovered a stolen truck and trailer — but have not made any arrests in the theft.

On Wednesday Feb. 6 officers responded to a theft of construction equipment.

At about 2:30 a.m. on Monday Feb. 4 unknown thieves attended the property of a contracting company located on Muskoka Road #117 in the Dorset area. They entered the business compound, and left with the following equipment:

— White 2004 Ford F550 Pickup truck with a black dump box with Ontario licence plate of AW 90630.

— Black 2001 18ft flatbed trailer with Ontario licence plate K4525M.

— Orange/black 2012 John Deere 35D Excavator with bucket.
