Santa Fun Run Dec. 2 in Bracebridge

BRACEBRIDGE — The Bracebridge-Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club is ready for its annual Santa Fun Run 2018!

The event this year will take place on Sunday, December 2, just prior to the Bracebridge Santa Claus Parade.

This 5km run/walk will start at the top of the hill, at David’s Muskoka Sound and Vision (old KFC).

It starts at 12:45 p.m., so that participants will have a fairly open road on which to run.

And because it is only 15 minutes before the parade, we expect that there will be several spectators lining Manitoba Street to cheer on our participants.

When you’re finished the run/walk, stay and enjoy the Santa Claus Parade.

See the attached poster for more information. And share with your family, friends, colleagues and other contacts.

Registration forms and Santa suits are also available at LivOutside, and Bracebridge Source for Sports.

Or, if you have a few members from your club who would like to participate, we can come to one of your meetings to collect registration forms and deliver your Santa suits.

They only have 150 Santa suits so don’t wait too long to register.

Proceeds from this year’s event will support the Out of the Cold hot meal program and other local projects.

Join the fun Dec. 2 before the Bracebridge Santa Claus parad.
