Hit and run suspect sought in Gravenhurst

GRAVENHURST – Bracebridge OPP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the vehicle and driver involved in a hit and run Monday afternoon just after 2:30 p.m. that left a 15year-old girl with minor injuries.

Police are looking for witnesses after hit and run in Gravenhurst Monday.

The young person had been walking along Muskoka Road North on the sidewalk and while crossing George Street, was hit and knocked to the ground by an older model, gold coloured four door car.

The suspect vehicle then turned right onto Muskoka Road. The male driver of the car is described as an older man with dark grey, curly, shoulder length hair that is messy and also has a long goatee wearing sunglasses.
