Bracebridge Community Picnic May 27 Annie Williams Park

BRACEBRIDGE — Come out and celebrate the tradition of a family picnic!

Bring your lawnchair and appetite for food and fund Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Annie Williams Park to kick off summer in Bracebridge.

On Sunday, May 27, Bracebridge residents and visitors are invited to the 7th Annual Picnic in the Park from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Annie Williams Memorial Park, 50 Santa’s Village Road in Bracebridge.

This community event is hosted by the Annie Williams Memorial Park Advisory Committee which is comprised of the Town of Bracebridge, Lion’s Club of Bracebridge, Rotary Club of Bracebridge and Rotary Club of Bracebridge-Muskoka Lakes. This FREE family-fun event includes:

  • Performances from children’s entertainer Jam Sandwich;
  • Cake, ice cream, hot dogs and popcorn;
  • Face Painting courtesy of Santa’s Village;
  • Muskoka Conservancy’s Little Sprouts Eco-Club will be hosting “The Frog Lady”;
  • Take a tour inside an EMS vehicle, Bracebridge Fire Department truck and Lakeland power lift     truck; and
  • More fun children’s activities.

Pack a lunch and fillable water bottle, bring a lawn chair and invite your family and friends to enjoy this fantastic green space in the heart of Bracebridge. Picnic in the Park will take place rain or shine.

It promises to be a day full of fun for the whole family!
