POLICE IDENTIFY BRACEBRIDE MAN WHO DIED JULY 10

BRACEBRIDGE — A 48-year-old Bracebridge man who died July 10 has been identified by police.
Provincial police say that on July 7, 2019, shortly before 6 p.m., officers from the Bracebridge OPP detachment and Muskoka Paramedic Services were dispatched to an address on Alice Street in Bracebridge in regards to an injured male.
They say the male was transported to a local hospital and subsequently airlifted to a Toronto area hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Justin Heptinstall.
The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the OPP Crime Unit, Forensic Identification Services (FIS) and the Regional Support Team (RST) under the direction of Detective Inspector Laura Houliston of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
