ORGANIZERS ‘THRILLED’ 110 PEOPLE RAISED $57,567 IN WINDERMERE FOR FOX’S ‘WORLD WITHOUT CANCER’

WINDERMERE — The legacy lives on in Windermere where they are “thrilled to share the results of this year’s Windermere Terry Fox Run.”

Randy Jackson says: “Thanks to the incredible generosity and dedication of our community, we raised $57,567 in support of cancer research.”

And brings the village’s total fundraising over the years to almost $$725,000.

This year’s event brought together 110 participants and volunteers, each helping to carry on Terry’s legacy of hope and determination.

“We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this possible — our sponsors, volunteers, and participants. Your support ensures that this event continues to grow and have an impact year after year. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

“Together, we are helping to move closer to Terry’s dream: “A world without cancer.”
