STEVE RAE AND PONY BAND BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND FOR ROTARY HEALTH HUB FUNDRAISER JULY 3 AT OPERA HOUSE

GRAVENHURST — After the resounding success last year of their Tribute to Gordon Lightfoot in aid of Rotary Rocks the Barge, Steve Rae and The Pony Man Band are returning with an all-new show entitled Threads and Icons.

The concert is to help promote the planned Gravenhurst Health Hub.

This performance takes you on a musical journey, exploring how the roots of folk music have woven their way into modern popular sounds.

From the timeless tunes of Gordon Lightfoot to the enduring legacies of James Taylor, Neil Young, Cat Stevens, The Eagles, Blue Rodeo and even modern icons like Ed Sheeran, Rae and his band are celebrating the artists whose music has shaped generations.

Not only will you enjoy a night of incredible music and stories, but your attendance will also support a worthy cause. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Rotary Club of Gravenhurst’s project for the Gravenhurst Health Hub.

It’s a Thursday night in Gravenhurst, and Rae says he “couldn’t be more excited to share this unforgettable experience with you.

“We hope to see you there and please share with everyone you know who would enjoy it.”
