IMPAIRED DRIVING CHARGE LAID IN BRACEBRIDGE SCHOOL ZONE LATE THIS MORNING

BRACEBRIDGE — An Utterson man faces an impaired driving charge after being stopped late this morning in a downtown school zone here.

Police say they charged him Oct. 11, shortly after 11 a.m.

An officer was conducting patrol in a school zone on Wellington Street and stopped a vehicle near Armstrong Street.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 45-year-old Jeremy Lamb with Operation While Impaired-Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b).

Lamb is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on November 26, 2024 to answer to his charge.

Police on patrol today in Bracebridge stopped a vehicle on Wellington Street, charging a driver with impaired operation over 80 CC.
