DAYTIME THEFTS AT TWO HOMES ON ONTARIO STREET IN BRACEBRIDGE WEDNESDAY
BRACEBRIDGE — Household items, including jewelry, were stolen in a pair of daytime thefts from homes here Wednesday.
The two residences on Ontario Street were entered between 9 a.m. and 5 pm. July 5.
Police ask anyone in the area with surveillance cameras to call them.
They say there are no safety concerns as the residents were not home at the time of the offences.
And they ask that people review any video surveillance for possible suspects in the surrounding area with break and enter instruments.
Also, take this opportunity to ensure all doors and locked and no valuables are visible in both vehicles and inside the household. Additional safety measures may include window coverings and the installation of video cameras.
