GRAVENHURST WOMAN CHARGED WITH DRUG POSSESSION AFTER VEHICLE STOLEN IN BRACEBRIDGE

MUSKOKA — A Gravenhurst woman faces a drug charge after a vehicle was stolen in Bracebridge Sunday.

Police say that on April 23 at 5:30 p.m. officers began investigating a complaint of a vehicle that had been “taken without consent.”

Shortly after 11:30 p.m. offiers located the vehicle on Muskoka Road South in Gravenhurst.

As a result of their investigation, police charged one occupant of the vehicle, 40-year-old Erin Krawetz, of Gravenhurst, with Possession of a Schedule I Substance CDSA 4(1).

They say the vehicle was returned to the registered owner.

And Krawetz is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on June 6, 2023, to answer to her charge.
