Dirt bikes stolen from Huntsville residence

HUNTSVILLE Police hope neighbourhood video surveillance will help them find two stolen dirt bikes.

The second bike was a 1985 black KTM.
The first bike stolen is described as a 2017 Honda C.R.F. 110, red and white in colour.

They say that on Saturday July 14, just before 4:30 p.m. officers were notified that the bikes were taken from a residence in the Hidden Valley community.

Huntsville OPP learned that sometime since between the Thursday before and the weekend unknown culprits went onto the property of the family home, entered the carport and removed the bikes.

The bikes may have been pushed out of the driveway, but it is believed that the bikes were driven once out on the road and travelled up Skyline Drive.

The first dirt bike is described as a 2017 Honda C.R.F. 110, red and white in colour. The second one is described as a 1985 orange and black K.T.M.

Police are asking that the residences of Hidden Valley check any outside video surveillance in hoping to ascertain who has taken these bikes. Anyone with any information about the theft of the two motorcycles is asked to contact Huntsville OPP or Crime Stoppers.

They also ask that anyone with information to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can submit your information online at www.p3tips.com or if you have any information on this crime or any other crime.
