POLICE CATCH SUSPECT IN PROGRESS OF CAR BREAK-IN

HUNTSVILLEA Kitchener man was arrested early yesterday after police responded to a vehicle break-in in progress.

Police say that on Wednesday Aug. 26 at 5:50 a.m., officers responded to a theft from a car on Shaw Crescent, Huntsville.

They charged Bryan Noble, 25, with:

–  Theft under $5000 from a motor vehicle contrary to section 334(b) of the

Criminal Code.

– Trespassing by night contrary to section 177 of the Criminal Code.

Noble was released and will be appearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Huntsville, Oct. 14, 2020.

A car break-in on Shaw Aug. 26 led to a Kitchener man being arrested about 6 a.m.
