MUSKOKA LAKES DROWNING SATURDAY CLAIMS 43-YEAR-OLD MAN

MUSKOKA LAKES TWP. — Police are investigating after a man out for an early morning walk yesterday was found in the water near a dock on Three Mile Lake.

Provincial police say that just after 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, officers responded to the emergency call.

They say the 43-year-old man had gone for a walk and not returned home.

He was located in the water near a dock and transported to hospital, where life-saving efforts were unsuccessful.
