Silver Bridge fire St. Paddy’s Day
BRACEBRIDGE — The Silver Bridge in Bracebridge was the scene of fire and police investigation St. Paddy’s Day.
Provincial police say emergency crews were called to a fire in a closed-off construction area on Ecclestone Drive just south of the Silver Bridge on Saturday morning, March 17, 2018, at 12:20 a.m.
Unknown suspect(s) set fire to blasting mats in the construction area and when emergency services arrived, many of the mats were engulfed in flames.
No one was injured.
