PORT CARLING MAN CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED DRIVING AFTER BEING STOPPED ON WELLINGTON STREET IN BRACEBRIDGE FRIDAY MORNING

BRACEBRIDGE — Police on patrol Friday, February 27, at 11:35 a.m., pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop here on Wellington Street and entered into a Highway Traffic Act investigation.

As a result, they say alcohol became a factor to consider and police subsequently arrested and charged 31-year-old Jacob Harding, of Port Carling, with Impaired Operation – Over 80.

Harding is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice April 14, 2026.
