BRACEBRIDGE — A week-long rampage of bad customer behaviour at four fast food restaurants and drive-thrus in Bracebridge has police in pursuit of three wanted vehicles.

The most affected were the two Tim Hortons locations in Bracebridge, but McDonalds and Starbucks in Bracebridge also had issues.

Police said today they are investigating issues involving criminal behaviour.

They say that between Tuesday January 27 and Monday February 2 officers responded to several calls from employees at the local quick service restaurants (QSR) who they said had been victimized by youths and/or young adults.

The young people were harassing employees at drive-thru windows and in person, in an attempt to obtain free food and have further accessed employee areas to take selfies and create issues with the staff.

Further behaviour reported included a group of young adults at one location where they were said to have thrown pizza at the staff and engaged in further disturbing behaviour.

The suspects are described as being older teens and young adults, often driving an older silver Volkswagen car, a black Honda Civic and a white Lincoln SUV.

Police say the behaviour is criminal in nature and there are significant consequences for this type of conduct. Police are asking for anyone with information to call Bracebridge OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
