HWY. 11 CLOSED BOTH DIRECTIONS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AFTER COLLISION AT TAYLOR ROAD INTERSECTION

BRACEBRIDGE — A collision on Hwy. 11 Southbound at the southbound ramp from Taylor Rd, Bracebridge in Bracebridge has closed all lanes this afternoon.

The accident happened just before 2 p.m. as a second day of snow continued across Muskoka.

The report comes after the OPP said just after 1 p.m. that there was another nearby accident and road closure in Gravenhurst.

They say the same highway was closed between the south and north entrances to Bracebridge and Gravenhurst at Hwy. 118 and Doe Lake Road.

The OPP said there were multiple weather-related accidents and vehicles in ditches.
