ROTARY’S POPULAR ANNUAL ONLINE AUCTION LIVE NOV. 10 FOR TWO MORE WEEKS OF BIDDING
GRAVENHURST — Santa rode in early today as the first snowfall of the season landed here.
A light dusting with one big pile-up was a reminder to get snow tires.
And if you look on the Gravenhurst Rotary Club’s Online Auction there’s either tires or a gift certificate that will help get you through more than Christmas.
And speaking of Dec. 25 the annual popular auction (which used to be on Cable 10) is now right at your cellphone fingertips.
With hundreds of discounts deals, gift certificates and an array of services and items to stock up early and avoid last minute rushes going out on slippery roads.
The auction that started Monday Nov. 10 runs for two weeks.
Just sign up to join the fun.
You can pre-bid with whatever cap amount you’re prepared to offer and if you’re outbid at any point you will get an email notice offering a chance to up your bid.
See all the photos and brief description with each item.
Thanks to generous local donors it’s going to be another great auction.
One that will help the well-known local service club with their regular club services including community charity services like the Rotary Wheels for Learning, the education bursaries — and a growing number of programs. Some of which are separate and have had their own fundraisers like Rock the Barge and the Health Hub.
You also have time to buy tickets for Rotary’s 50-50 draw that will split the proceeds Nov. 27. That winner is in line for more than $4,000 as of now with the cash prize growing weekly.
