GRAVENHURST — A request for sender today by the Cottage Family Health Team seeks qualified and experienced contractors for its new medical arts building addition and renovation Gravenhurst.

The invitation is open to all general contractors (GC) with an emphasis on local business (GC, suppliers and sub-trades) participation.

The CCFHT’s invitation to tender is for alterations to the second floor unfinished space at the Gravenhurst office of their existing doctors’ offices at 5 Pine Street.

They say the project scope includes the supply and install of all material labour and equipment to construct common area demising walls, bathrooms  and meeting room complete with all mechanical plumbing and electrical requirements.
