BRANTFORD MAN, 22, DIES IN HEAD-ON COLLISION EARLY SATURDAY ON FRASERBURG ROAD IN BRACEBRIDGE
BRACEBRIDGE — Fraserburg Road between McKay Trail and Old Cottage Road was closed early this morning after two vehicles collided with one of the drivers succumbing to his injuries.
The road next to McKay Lake remained closed for several hours while emergency crews and investigators tried to determine the cause.
The investigation remains ongoing with assistance from OPP Technical Collision Investigation and Reconstruction teams.

Emergency services responded Saturday, November 8, at approximately 1:30 a.m., including police, fire and paramedics who called in the Ornge air ambulance.
As a result of the incident, a 22-year-old male passenger from Brantford was pronounced deceased.
The two drivers and the other passenger were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Fraserburg Road runs off Hwy. 11 East from the Bracebridge Agricultural Fairgrounds.
