GRAVENHURST — A pre-game warm-up tonight will let you catch the second half of the Jays’ comeback.

If you’re optimistic and want to help the new Gravenhurst Health Hub.

Lip-synch contestants will be vying for honours at the Opera House here at 7 p.m.

Seven acts — solos, duos and more — will mimic the words and motions of their favourite stars to raise more money for the medical addition being built upstairs next to the town hall at the Cottage Family Health Team clinic on Bethune Drive.

Contestants include Allyn Abbot, Mark Clairmont, Cashy Lake Crew, Gravenhurst Glam, Hype Fitness, Mal de Mer, Severn Bridge Farm Divas.

The chamber of commerce sponsored event — in cooperation with the Rotary Club — will see (but not hear) eager entertainers belt out tunes in the first half followed by audience voting for the second round to pick the winners.

Tickets are $10 and vote-gathering down in the Trillium Court at intermission costs $5 per act.
