After an investigation into what they says was the careless and unsafe use of firearms, as depicted in videos shared online, officers charged Gurkanwal Singh, 24.
He was arrested Wednesday, September 3, and faces two counts of careless use of a firearm.
Singh is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 7, 2025. Their firearms licence and weapons were also seized.
The police investigation continues as officers actively investigate, gathering evidence and following up on leads to ensure a thorough and complete investigation.
