PARRY SOUND-MUSKOKA —  It’s now a four-way race for Parry Sound-Muskoka MPP to sit at Queen’s Park

The provincial Liberals have announced their candidate for the upcoming election 27, riding president Bill Condy said Sunday morning.

David Innes is a life-long Liberal and currently Leader Bonnie Crombie’s tech director.

A release says he is an “influential member of the leadership.”

His candidacy further makes a tight local election a horse race even tighter with a possible split vote as the battle for votes heats up with 18 days to go as PC Graydon Smith fights to fend off the Greens’ Matt Richter.

Late to the race, Innes faces an uphill battle, but supporters of Bonnie Crosbie now have a candidate to back locally. Photo Liberal Party
