ALBERTA CLIPPER COMING — AND WE DON’T MEAN CHILLY DANIELLE SMITH

MUSKOKA — Friggin’ freezing enough for you?

Wait till Sunday when a polar vortex strikes us.

And we don’t mean Premier Danielle Smith — who is freezing out the rest of Canada.

This Alberta Clipper is sweeping out of the west with temperatures that will plunge most of Canada below zero daytime and could even put much of the U.S. in a deep freeze. (As if it isn’t already.)

That means Smith should wear her fur-lined parka at Donald Trump’s inauguration Monday.

It also means, ugh, more snow in these parts again Monday and next Thursday.

Tomorrow Northern Ontario could see bone-chilling, ice-cracking temperatures, which could see your Fahrenheit and Celsius thermometers actually match at -40.

Here in Southern and Central Ontario the week ahead watch Sunday for a daytime of -13 (-22 at night), Monday -16 (-23), Tuesday -16 (-23), Wednesday -13 (-15) and Thursday -7.

Then there’s the wind chill factor.

Button up baby you’ll need you chilly woollies — it’s going to be Canadian cold out there on the Liberal campaign trail.
