TUC ADDS FOURTH CONCERT WITH GRAVENHURST PIANIST, VIOLINIST BRETT SONTAG AUG. 14

GRAVENHURST — Encore! Encore!

This summer’s triumphant return of its noon concert series has Trinity United Church adding a fourth performance Aug. 14.

“An unexpected and very welcome outcome,” says organizer Diane Harrop.

It’s an evening with Gravenhurst pianist Brett Sontag, who attended the last one a week ago.

And afterward asked if he could play a concert of his music.

Brett Sontag, of Gravenhurst, expands the TUC concert series Aug. 14 with a selection of his own piano pieces at 6:30 p.m.

“We quickly made arrangements and Brett will play a candlelight concert on the evening of August 14th at 6:30 pm., said Harrop.

Admission is by donation.

Some may know the local teacher and grandson of Adam Sontag, the famous bird house maker.

See the accompanying clip of Brett playing on numerous Facebook sites now.

Sontag just released a new album through Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.  The album is called Breathtaking Piano Violin by Bret Sontag … if you want bigger sound bytes of the treats he has in store for you on Wednesday the 14th.

Then come out and support this young, local musician and composer.

“Share this email with friends and neighbours so we can provide Brett with a full audience,” added Harrop.
