MAN TAKEN TO HOSPITAL TUESDAY; ASSAULT INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY IN HUNTSVILLE

HUNTSVILLE — A man was taken to hospital here early this morning and police have launched an assault investigation.

Officers from the OPP’s Huntsville detachment and the Muskoka Crime Unit are following up a call just after 3 a.m., October 24, in Huntsville.

A call from the 32-year-old male victim said he was assaulted on Susan Street.

He was transported to hospital and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say there are no public safety concerns.
